Features
The high rigidity one-piece cast base and gantry provide confidence of perfect stability and high precision when the operation. Slant base design helps with chip removal, improving efficiency and reducing maintenance. Size 800*400mm T-slot table for handling the workpiece up to 300kg. Mechanical spindle 5.5 kW, 8000 RPM motor with BT40 shank, equipped with 16-station linear pneumatic tool changer, which can change tools more efficiently. Equipped with 16-station carousel type tools changer, with metal clamping to offer high strength, heat resistance, wear resistance. The drive structure using high-precision screw guides and a fully enclosed protective cover for three axes prevents cutting fluid and iron chips from entering the screw guides during machining, reducing the workload of maintenance. Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system smoothly and long-term running. Equips with Wired MPG, provides accurate control, ease of use, and improved safety, making it well-suited for fine-tuning and precision tasks in machining. The air gun and cutting fluid gun are equipped on the operating side to provide portable assistance for operators to clean the iron chips on the workpiece surface.
