1. INQUIRY WITH DRAWING
The turning job is a race against time. To achieve highly efficient communication and quick response from both sides, Smartlathe will provide positive feedback in 48 hours based on the actual processing needs, part drawings, machining processes, and the expected level of automation from the clients.
2. ENGINEER EVALUATION
Engineer evaluation of the machining process is necessary. The technical engineer team will not only analyze the drawing, part material(s), tolerance, and special treatment if available but also provide the optimization of the tooling layout and sequence.
3. MODEL DETERMINING
Smartlathe offers a variety of CNC slant bed lathes including the SL series-gang type CNC lathe to help our customers in the field of prototyping, entry-level business, and the craftsman with a bootstrap budget, ST series-Power Turret CNC lathe for the complex mill-turn processing and DS series-Dual Spindle CNC Turning-Milling machines for the pursuit of high accuracy and high productivity. Only the most cost-effective and value-added model(s) will be recommended to our clients.
4. DEMO & VERIFYING
Seeing is believing. To verify the model determination and machining time, we could provide the demo service to do a turning job based on the client drawing and designated materials. All the demo procedures could be recorded or via video conference.
5. ORDER & PRODUCTION
Once we receive the purchase orders, all the orders will be well scheduled to meet the fixed turnaround time. The whole production status will be reported to the clients regularly. During the production period, we will advise the preparation of machine installation like the electricity supply, working space, and auxiliary materials if needed.
6. TESTING & INSPECTION
Smartlathe set up a rigorous and comprehensive SOP for the pre-shipping inspection. What a plus, to expedite the activation of Smartlathe lathes, we could help our clients with the loading of programming/coding as well as the tooling installation which is a real goal of plug-n-play.
7. FAST DELIVERY
All the machines will be packed properly to avoid any unexpected accidents during transportation. Thanks to our rich experience in machine exporting, the priority is to ensure the safety of the machines, we will also maximize the space of the container to cope with the high transportation costs.
8. AFTER SALE
