1. Purpose & Scope
In strict compliance with the relevant export control regulations of the People’s Republic of China regarding Dual-Use Items, as well as applicable international non-proliferation standards, Foshan Sds Smart Tech Co., Ltd. enforces a mandatory compliance and verification procedure for the sale and export of all CNC machine tools and related industrial equipment.
2. Customer & End-User Due Diligence
Prior to the acceptance of any order or the fulfillment of shipment, the end-user/purchaser is required to complete a formal End-User Certificate (EUC) disclosing:
Background & Corporate Ownership: Full corporate structure, ultimate beneficial ownership, and business registration details
Operating Environment & Facility: The exact physical location and operational context where the machine tool will be installed and operated.
Final Application: Clear documentation of the commercial and civilian final use of the machine tool.
3. Non-Military & Non-Proliferation Undertaking
The customer must explicitly warrant and undertake that any machine tools, components, software, or technical data acquired from the Company:
Shall NOT be used, directly or indirectly, for military purposes, defense-related activities, or the design, development,production, handling, operation, or storage of weapons (including but not limited to conventional weapons, weapons of mass destruction, missiles, nuclear devices, or chemical/biological agents).
Shall NOT be resold, re-exported, transferred, or leased to any unauthorized third parties, restricted entities, sanctioned nations, or for non-civilian end-uses.
4. Third-Party Inspection & Export Licensing Procedures
To ensure complete compliance and quality assurance prior to export dispatch:
Factory Precision & Technical Inspection: All machinery shall undergo independent third-party inspection and certification to verify factory precision, technical parameters, and physical condition.
Export Control Licensing: Shipment will only be authorized and dispatched after obtaining all required export licenses and approvals from the relevant Chinese government authorities (including the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, MOFCOM).
