Motion Axis Assignment

This machine adopts dual-spindle, closed-loop processing, which has stable rigidity and improved efficiency. The dual spindles can process complex workpieces and complete them at one time, which improves processability.
Equipped with 21 total tools - 4 live tools, 5 turning tools on the gang tool post, 8 tools for back-end work, and 4 tools for front-end work for lateral rigid tapping, front rigid tapping, and back rigid tapping.
When equipped with optional Y2 Axis Unit, it can realize the processing and production of lateral movement.
The machine has the function of switching between the guide brush type and the non-guide bush type.
Equips with THK ball screw rod rail and linear guideway to provide precision and low-vibration tool carriage movement.
