Features
One-piece cast iron foundation is a true highly rigidity and vibration dampening slant bed casting base, providing large mass in a small footprint. More mass means higher rigidity and better heat dissipation to handle the materials with higher hardness like high-speed steel. For the main spindle, equipped with a BMT40 15-Station power turret and live Y axis with travel of X1-Axis/Y1- Axis/Z1-Axis: 200mm/70mm/300mm. For the sub-spindle, the BMT40 12-Station turret and the Y axis are fixed with spindle travel of X2-Axis/Y2- Axis/Z2-Axis: 100mm/70mm /300mm. Performing simultaneous operations like turning, drilling, tapping, and contouring functions can reduce cycle processing and improve production efficiency. The twin spindles have arranged either parallel to each other or their chucks facing each other depending on the processing requirement. Spindle with a C-axis function, high speed, high precision, and low vibration which can make the workpiece precisely. Each spindle bearing assembly was tested for dynamic balance before installation to ensure high-speed running stability. Equips with Taiwan 40mm/32mm ball screw rod and 35mm/30mm/25mm roller linear guideway to provide precision and low vibration tool carriage movement. Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system smoothly and long-lived. The main spindle is equipped with BMT 40 power turret has 15 stations and with Y axis while the sub-spindle is equipped with BMT 40 power turret has 12 stations and with the Y axis.
