  • Sturdy flat bed frame that provides great mass in a small footprint. Greater mass means higher stiffness and better heat dissipation to handle harder materials such as high-speed steel.

  • The patented slant bed design increases the X1-Axis travel to 380mm / X2-Axis travel to 400mm and Z1 / Z2-Axis to 250mm reducing the lathe footprint and increasing the stability and flexibility.

  • Performing simultaneous operations like turning, drilling, tapping, and contouring functions can reduce cycle processing and improve production efficiency. The twin spindles have arranged either parallel to each other or their chucks facing each other depending on the processing requirement.

  • The main spindle is an electric spindle with a C-axis function, high speed, high precision, and low vibration which can make the workpiece precisely. Each spindle bearing assembly was tested for dynamic balance before installation to ensure high-speed running stability.

  • Equips with Taiwan 32mm ball screw rod rail and 35mm linear guideway to provide precision and low vibration tool carriage movement.

  • Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system smoothly and long-lived.

  • A robust hydraulic collet chuck can hold a single workpiece up to φ100mm and Bar Material up to φ35mm.

This multi-tasking dual spindle turning center is an advanced model designed to process precision complex parts in one setup, which could operate the turning process of double-ended parts in a single setup with brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and rigid plastic with single workpieces up to φ100mm and Bar Material up to φ35mm.
